Welcome to revive healthy living centre

Revive Healthy Living Centre hosts a range of services focused on health, wellbeing and to improve the quality of life for residents in Chaddesden, Oakwood & Spondon.

The Centre includes NHS clinics, a dental practice, a public library and organisations that help all sectors of the community, with a particular emphasis on families and young people; the Charity also provides a variety of services itself including a Job Club, Secret Santa, a Household Support Scheme and ReviveAid which supports people across the community facing the most difficult personal circumstances. The Revive team have strong links with numerous agencies across the city, and can signpost/refer  to more specialist services when needed.

It has rooms and offices that are available to lease or hire on an ad hoc or permanent/full time basis, with disabled access throughout the building and car parking at the front and rear. Currently some medical and educational services operate this way.

In order to maintain and expand the large range of vital services the Charity runs, we are dependent on donations, large and small – click here for more details
